“What in the world would we do without our libraries?”
― Katharine Hepburn
Moura State School boasts a spacious, modern and well-equipped library. Reading is one of the core priorities of our school and the library plays a vital role in the promotion and appreciation of reading and books. Students of Moura State School are able to not only access the library as part of their daily routine but the centre is open each lunch hour.
During lunch, students are welcome to play board games or Lego, do some sketching, or find a quiet corner in which to read. Additionally, located within the library is the STIC – 'Science and Technology Room'. This room is equipped with twenty laptop computers and has facilities for students to take part in science experiments.
The library is a very important and valued asset of Moura State School.
